Is This You?

Who Is This For?

Who This Is For:

  • You own several locations of a national restaurant brand, and your group does $1M or more a year.
  • You kept the CPA from your first store, and the way your taxes get handled never changed as you added more.
  • Your books run months behind, and your quarterly estimates feel like a guess.
  • You carry tipped staff, a franchise fee for every store and a brand-required remodel or new equipment on the calendar.
  • Your stores sit in more than one state, or under more than one entity.
  • You're opening or buying more locations and want numbers you can trust as you grow.

This Is Not For:

  • Owners of a single location.
  • Restaurant groups doing under $1M a year.
  • Employees and individual investors who don't own a franchise group.
  • Anyone who only wants a return filed each spring.

100% Done-For-You

Here's Everything We Do For You

How Aulston, Cory and their team handle the books, payroll, planning and filings for a multi-unit restaurant group.

Monthly Books For Every Store

We run the monthly bookkeeping and reconciliations for every location in QuickBooks or Restaurant365, then roll the stores into one monthly view of your whole group.

Payroll Set Up And Managed

We set up and manage payroll through leading providers and keep the records for your tipped staff clean, store by store, so the tip credit can actually be claimed.

We Review The Restaurant Items

We go through what a generalist preparer may never flag: your tipped payroll for the FICA tip credit, each store's franchise fee schedule, and the timing of every remodel or equipment buy.

Tax Planning All Year

We estimate your taxes ahead of time, size your quarterly payments off real numbers and make the moves that count for this year before December 31st, not after the year closes.

Structure And Owner Pay

Cory looks at how your stores are owned and how you pay yourself, and we change what needs changing as you open or buy more locations.

Every Return, In Every State

We prepare your business and personal returns for every state you operate in, so the CPAs who plan your year are the same ones who file it.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I have to move everything over to you at once?+
No. Some owners start with the books and payroll, others with the tax side, and we build from there. We'll talk through what fits your group on the strategy call.
My CPA files everything on time. How could I be overpaying?+
A return reflects what's in the books and what the preparer thinks to ask about. If nobody pulls your tipped payroll store by store, tracks each store's franchise fee schedule or times your remodels and equipment, those savings never make it onto the return. It usually has nothing to do with your CPA being sloppy.
Is it too late to lower this year's taxes?+
No, but the calendar matters. Equipment and remodels have to be placed in service by December 31st to count for this year, and how you pay yourself is locked in by your last December payroll. Getting your tipped payroll records clean now means the tip credit is ready to claim when we file, and that's when the savings show up.
My stores are in more than one state. Can you handle that?+
Yes. Multi-state bookkeeping, planning and filings for growing owners are a normal week for us. Cory leads the planning and the filings, and he spent over 14 years leading the tax practice at a Las Vegas firm.
Who will I actually be working with?+
Aulston and Cory, both licensed CPAs. There are no account managers between you and us. Aulston handles the books side, cleaning them up and fixing reporting across stores, and Cory leads the tax planning and filings.
What software do you work in?+
We work in QuickBooks Online, Xero and Restaurant365. Using restaurant tools lets us bring in your POS data, track food costs and report across every location in one place.
How much does it cost?+
We don't publish our fees. Your fee is quoted up front on the strategy call, once we understand how many stores and states your group runs.
What happens on the strategy call?+
Aulston asks how many locations you run and in which states, roughly what the group brought in this year, how the books are kept and who runs payroll. Then you'll hear where your group seems to pay more tax than it should and which fixes still count before December 31st. If working together doesn't make sense, he'll tell you that too.
